I drinks loads of water everyday and add moistuizer daily to my skin. It is for very dry skin but it is not enough. I don’t like wearing moisturizer in the summer because the heat makes me sweat alot. But if I don’t put it on my skin is very dry. My doctor said eat more oily fish. Did nothing. Is there a product out there? Is it my skin? By the way I shower with a moisterizing body wash. It helps somewhat but not enough.
