Skin – that thin covering that separates you from the rest of the world. It’s our largest organ, providing your first line of defense from all those outside invaders and guards us against all the elements. Skin should be clear and smooth, fresh and bright.

Ecco Bella Botanicals has the Revitalize Face Serum with Neroli, Jasmine, and Sandalwood. This is for everybody. 40 years ago Annemarie Borlind founded Borlind Of Germany, the purest effective Herbal Skin Care Products from the Black Forest, prefabricated from all Organic fresh Herbs, Seeds and Fruits. The Natural Cosmetics in mainstream markets are on the rise. A lot of these products have just enough botanicals to make a adjudge claim, but that’s it! Herbs have also been used in Cosmetics since the beginning of time since they have softening, conserving healing and rejuvenating capabilities for centuries. Derma-E Skin Care has Astazanthin from Green Micro-algae and Pycnogenol, the famous one especially for wounded capillaries. Many Department Stores, Drug Stores etc, use synthetic colorings FD&C Red #4, Blue #1, and Yellow #5. Pay attention to what goes on your skin, since whatever you place on is absorbed and goes right into your cells. Those are Coal Tar Derivatives, frequent sources of allergic reactions, such as hives, skin rashes and have been associated with cancer. Good circulation, adequate water lay the foundation for Good Looking Skin.

Avalon Organic Lavender Exfoliating Scrub, consisting of Fruit Enzymes and Granules, Lavender, Coleus, Grapeseed (antioxidant), Licorice (anti-inflammatory) and Rose Hips to shed the outermost layers of cells that are born to die. Mode De Vie has a Shea Butter Body Lotion with the newly discovered Tamanu Oil, which is excellent for Elasticity and Cell Renewal. Knowing that Free Radicals come in many shapes and forms at different levels within, Vitamins and Plants neutralize each kind of Radical. In order to attack this damage, which causes everything from Acne to Cellulite, Herbalvedic Ayurvedic Formulas with Herbal Mineral Clay from Lake Beds and Rivers can be prefabricated into a Mask that pulls Toxins out of your Skin. You will be glowing afterwards. This is for Guys too. Botanicals include Herbs, Herbal Infusions, Extracts, and Essential Oils, all of which our ancestors used as the basis of all their Beauty Treatments. Heritage Products has the very Pure Aura Glow Skin Lotion, in all natural, non-toxin flavors, nothing but the flowers and oils. They also have Rose Petal Water, you can place this on your skin all day. With the advent of modern chemistry and promises of cheaper synthetics, cosmetic manufacturers forsake the natural ingredients.Bach Flowers has the Rescue Remedy Cream, for stressed out Skin, consisting of Five Flower Essences, plus a 6th Crab Apple Essence for it’s cleansing qualities. There are also Natural Soaps to combat Skin Healing Issues, such as Acne, Blemishes, Blackheads. Grandpa’s has Thylox Acne Treatment Soap, which goes back to 1890’s -not the soap -the company! Also Enzymatic Therapy has Derma Klear Soap, contains MSM, pure Sulfur for abused Skin and a good cure for Rashes.

Eclectic Institute has the Calendula, Coneflower and Comfrey (CCC) Cream, excellent for Skin Inflammation, Irritations and even the Dry Skin of Eczema. Comfrey is very beneficial for Skin Ulcers and Cell Growth. For Psoriasis, another Cell Membrane Disease (those Membranes are a major defense against environmental chemicals), Home Health has Psoriasis Cream, unlike the prescription creams, with none of the toxic ingredients. Jason Natural Cosmetics has the Hemp Plus Cream with all the Essential Oils like Primrose, Borage, Black Current, for Sensitive Dry Skin. Aura Cacia bath Salts and Gels are just prefabricated for the dull skin. The Organic Sea Salts Of Peppermint, for example is for a very Invigorating Bath. Natures Alchemy has a Sea Water Therapy called Restful Sleep Aromatherapy Bath, a very Resting Therapeutic Bath.

If you are clogged up with Respiratory Stress, try their Breathe Deep Aromatherapy Bath. While you are in the Bathtub Earth Therapeutics has a Back Brush of 18 Inches, a far reach handle, a non-slip grip prefabricated from Boar’s Hair and Great for Scrubbing! You might also want to light some Candles, while your bathing. Auroshika has the Candles and also Incense in an 18 Piece Pak. Our Hair needs the Ideal Nourishment we can give it. At least 30 million men and 20 million women have thinning or falling hair. Extremely distressing is the fact that Hair becomes Thinner, as we become more mature. Hair and Scalp Treatments are helpful for combating the alteration caused by overheating, over cleansing and chemical treatments. The Chinese Remedy Polygonum or known as Biotec Foods Shen-Min Hair Nutrient, conducted a Clinical Trail for Hair Loss and also used their Volumizing Serum, all showed excellent results.

Dr. Shens has his Shou Wu Hair Loss Formula with other Ancient Herbs, good for minimizing Grey Hair. Always from within, complaints of Hair, Skin and Nails come from Nutritional Deficiencies. A Homeopathic Formula by Liddell Labs called Vital Hgh Skin, Hair And Nails in a 1 oz Spray for Thicker Skin and Beautiful Hair. Nutrapathic has a Calcuim Collagen Complex Bone, Hair, Skin And Nails, consisting of Bovine Collagen, Wheat Grass, Aminos, Irish Moss (Thyroid) and Silica. Health Plus has Shellys Hair Care Nutrients, a good formula to try, with Brewers Yeast (Hair Follicles can’t move to take this) Aminos & Trace Minerals. Hobe Labs has More Hair Energizer Hair Treatment Pak for Hair and Scalp with a lot of Nourishment. Biosil by Jarrow is an Orth-silica (bio-available form of Silica) for the cross-linking of Skin, and helpful also for your bones. Don’t Let Your Hair Die! More than 2/3rds of Hair Dyes contain a list of Toxic Chemicals, no matter how natural the TV states they are! They Aren’t! The European Union has illegal certain ingredients but they still occur here.

Naturtint has Gorgeous Colors with much more of the Natural Ingredients. Light Mountain Henna has Pure Colors, no harsh anything, which comes from a Henna Shrub. Giovanni Cosmetics Natural Mousse is a Non-Aerosol Spray, good for those with Allergies, also with Botanicals and Sunscreen. They also have a Frizzy Be Gone, as a Detangler. Gentlemen that are looking for a good Moisturizer, At-Last Naturals has the Lucky Tiger Facial, full of Antioxidants, VITS, and EFA’S, for all of you Lucky Tigers. Love the skin you are in – goes the song, All of our Natural Deodorants, Cosmetics, and Nutritional Supplementations should keep your whole body from accumulating the various Toxins that are absorbed and go right to the cells. Remember to address the Beauty Within, and in the process of gaining confidence and looking Smashing, you just might slow down the Aging Clock!

In the course of searching for a cure, the psoriatic patient might encounter other weird or wacky treatments. My advice: don’t be conned into trying experimental therapies unless instructed by a reliable physician. You might regret it later.

“Patients with psoriasis, desperate for relief, might end up trying some ‘far out’ recommendations. These include dietary changes, sleep therapy, tonsillectomy or antibiotics, none of which I have ever known to make any difference whatsoever in the course of the disease,” stated Dr. Isadore Rosenfeld of the New York Hospital – Cornell Medical Center in “Second Opinion.”

“I have been reading scattered reports of the use of dialysis in the treatment of psoriasis. Dialysis is the process in which body wastes are washed out of the system via an ‘artificial kidney.’ I know of no convincing evidence that it works,” he added.

Although psoriasis can't be cured, many treatments are acquirable that can relieve symptoms and control flare-ups. Therefore, the ideal thing for sufferers to do is to educate themselves on current medically accepted therapies.

How is psoriasis treated? Below is a rundown of various drugs, creams and ointments your dermatologist might prescribe. Since there is no cure for psoriasis, the most that these substances can do is offer temporary relief from symptoms.

In choosing the right treatment, the doctor normally takes into statement the following factors: the patient’s age, employment, overall health and extent of the lesions. Not all patients will benefit from the same treatment. To make the most out of apiece therapy, follow your doctor’s orders carefully and report any uncommon symptoms immediately.

Coal tar is one of the oldest and safest treatments for psoriasis. It is acquirable in a crude and refined form to treat mild, moderate and severe forms of the disease. Aside from slowing up the production of skin, tar therapy can reduce the inflammation, itching and scaling associated with psoriasis. It can be applied directly to the skin, taken in the bath, or applied to the scalp.

“Improvement should be observed within a couple of weeks of starting the tar therapy though it might take up to two months for the maximum benefit to be obtained,” according to the National Psoriasis Foundation (NPF) in Portland, Oregon.

But some people might not tolerate tar because of its smell and the mess it creates. For this reason, the ideal candidates for tar therapy are those whose patches are limited to small areas such as the knees, elbows and scalp. Refined coal tar preparations are less messy but less effective. (Next: Effects of tar therapy for psoriasis.)

Any skin condition or irritation can be frustrating and difficult to find a cure. The fact that you are being plagued with a skin issues is not uncommon. Many people have either acute or chronic issues with skin rashes and irritations. There are many different types of dermatitis or skin inflammation. You might have wondered, what is seborrheic dermatitis and how do you get rid of it? Our sebaceous glands secrete oil; if those glands produce too much oil it can become full of bacteria. The bacteria cause the oil to become rotten and rancid. This in turn causes the clogged skin cells to multiply faster than normal. This type of skin inflammation is mistaken for common dandruff.

Accepting a life with constant flaking skin is very hard to do, but there is always hope. There are different remedies for this type of condition that aren’t expensive. Antioxidants can stop the extra secreted oil from becoming rotten. Washing your hair with shampoos containing selenium can achieve this as well as controlling the amount of oil that you produce daily. Consuming vitamins and minerals orally can also reduce this condition. Vitamins A and E, and minerals like selenium, and metal are some of the ideal ingredients to limit the production and decay of the excess oil.

Aside from vitamins and minerals, there are other remedies that you can use to decrease your excess oil production. You should think about balancing your hormones with a Vitamin B Complex. These vitamins will boost your adrenal glands and limit the overproduction of testosterone which fuels excess oil secretion. In addition to Vitamin B, Vitamin C is also a good source for balancing your nutrition. With a nutritious, well-rounded diet, you can deter the imbalance that is causing your body to suffer. Skin conditions like seborrheic dermatitis can be linked to poor nutrition. So helping your body by not stressing it with junk food and anxiety will help not only your skin but your organs as well. Your physician and dermatologist can let you know what seborrheic dermatitis is and other remedies that can relieve it.

Can stretch mark go away? This question is often asked by people suffering from stretch marks. If you are one of them, then go no further because this day is your lucky day.

How does stretch mark develop? The first thing one should do to find a solution to your problem is to comprehend what your problem is. Once you have understood this, this will help you decide what the ideal solution is for you.

What are stretch marks? Stretch marks are actually types of scars that develop in the middle layer of the skin called the dermis. Even though it might not be obvious at first but the scars or stretch marks begin to appear as the body rapidly expands due to growth as a teenager, hormonal changes during pregnancy, or becoming overweight due to an unhealthy lifestyle.

The tissues in the middle layer of the skin begin to tear because it has reached its limit. At this point, the collagen production has been disturbed and the skin can no longer heal itself, thus making the stretch marks visible.

How to cure stretch marks?

There are many ways to get rid of stretch marks and even though it is ideal to use treatment to prevent stretch marks from developing, you still can stretch marks go away by using effective treatments. There might be a number of treatments out there that will work but only a few of the solutions will not cost you a bundle and are all natural without causing any side effects. It is especially important for a pregnant woman to use a treatment that is innocuous for her and her baby.

Natural Ingredients – While other stretch mark creams have harsh chemicals in them will only cause more harm than cure, there are also a few creams in the market that are all-natural and innocuous to use. If you have sensitive skin, you should stay away from creams with harsh, synthetic chemicals. If you want to play it innocuous and be sure of the results that the product promises to deliver then you should opt for all-natural stretch mark products only.

If you use a natural stretch mark remedy, not only will it remove your hideous marks, it will also continue to heal and prevent other stretch marks from developing. The solution is prefabricated up of all natural substances yet is powerful enough to stimulate the collagen and elastin in the inner parts of your skin. This will also help the skin become more elastic and firm.

Treatment Duration – The duration of the treatment will also depend on your gene and skin type. So don’t move for your stretch marks to get worse, make your stretch marks go away today. Just make sure you use the right stretch mark removal product.

You might disagree, but hear me out on this…

The person, who has chosen to use one of the creams for getting rid of dry skin, should not anticipate to find decent portions of healthy food on his or her plate. No one who has bought any of the creams for dry skin should anticipate a hand to come out of the sky apiece time that that he or she uses the selected cream.

Moreover, none of the creams for getting rid of dry skin can force those who use such creams to end their worst habits, such as smoking or overexposure to powerful UV rays. Still, poor diet, smoking, plus exposure to sun and wind rank at the top of the list of factors that can cause dry skin.

Sometimes adults and kids have medical conditions, conditions that exacerbate their dry skin. In such cases, the affected patient might decide to use one of the natural topical creams for dry skin. Such creams help to heal the dry skin caused by eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis or allergy symptoms.

Yet even the ideal topical creams for dry skin have their limitations. No such cream can heal the skin until it has been applied to the skin. Those who hope to have smooth skin must learn the importance of regular skin care. In addition, those who find a satisfactory skin care product tend stick with that same product.

Sometimes a mortal who once practiced good skin care needs help with resuming the usage of providing his or her skin with such care. Sometimes, someone who once used to use a particular skin care product no longer has access to that product, a so has ceased using any skin care product.

Suppose, for example, that a child born some fifty plus years ago had had extremely dry skin. Suppose that this same child had learned from her mom how to apply Rx Chap Cream to her skin. As an adult, that grown child would now find all manner of skin care products on the shelf, but not Rx Chap Cream.

At the same time, the disappearance of Rx Chap cream has not led to the disappearance of chapped skin. Those who might have used that cream years ago continue suffer from red, roughened and cracked skin. To what skin care product can such adults turn with confidence?

Those who must now seek alternate creams for getting rid of dry skin should not forget the basic purpose of such a cream. The most basic need of dry skin is moisture. A good skin care product moisturizes the skin.

What ingredients should consumers look for in any of the natural topical creams for dry skin? They might search the product adjudge for the words “cocoa butter,” “shea butter,” “olive oil,” “palm oil,” “honey” or “petroleum jelly.” They should stay clear of those products that contain ingredients that are known to hasten the skin-drying process.

The ideal modern-day products for the treatment of dry skin also enhance the production of collagen and elastin. Both collagen and elastin are proteins, proteins that are found in the skin. Collagen gives skin its strength. Elastin grants skin to exhibit flexibility, to stretch when necessary.

Lack of collagen can cause skin to sag. Lack of elastin can keep skin from returning to its original position. Those facts underscore the reason that the two titled proteins can be found in skin that has been treated with the proper skin care product.

The proper creams for getting rid of dry skin do not just fill in the existing lines and wrinkles on your face. The proper skin care product stimulates new collagen and elastin production in the skin. At the same time, the proper skin care product moisturizes any dry skin.

A good skin care product displays no limits when it comes to reversal of the aging process, at least the aging process within the skin.

Most of us would experience acne at some point in our lives especially during our adolescent years when getting acne is similar to going through a rite of passage. Some of us would outgrow this phase whilst there are those who would continuously have these breakouts even during adulthood. Perhaps the worst part here isn’t the acne itself but what it leaves behind. Acne scars are as much a problem as actual acne as they tend to be permanent and can leave very hideous dark marks on our skin making it look uneven and rough. However, it need not be a problem any longer because there are current technological advancements that are effective acne scar treatments. Here are some of the most favourite ones:

Dermabrasion – In this procedure, the dermatologist or the cosmetic surgeon whom you’re working with would use a device that would remove the external layer of your skin. As the dead skin is removed, new ones emerge. If done continuously, the layer of your skin with the scars would slowly be peeled away leaving you with smoother and clearer skin.

Collagen Injection – This procedure involves injecting some collagen into your skin. It has to be done several times about 3 to 6 times apiece and each month. Collagen could improve your skin condition and enable it to heal faster thus slowly removing the scars.

Laser Treatment – Basically, what this procedure does is “burn away” the dilapidated surfaces of your skin. In fact, a single session could actually be enough to give you good and permanent results.

Autologous Fat Transfer – In this procedure, bits of fat is taken from another part of the body and is then injected into the area where the scars are. This is particularly done beneath the skin in order to smoothen and flatten the depressed scars. It can take a while before you see any differences as it takes some time for the fat to be absorbed and you would need to go through the session again after 6 to 18 months.

Microdermabrasion – This is done through the use of aluminum oxide crystals that are used to remove the external layers of the skin. Several sessions would be required before you see any significant changes. But it is less invasive.

Acnessential (a 4% Niacinamide Topical Cream) – If you find the above cosmetic procedures to be too costly or too invasive then I’m sure you would want to try out acnessential. It is basically an anti-acne scar cream that is prefabricated from a vitamin b3 derivative which you can simply apply to the area of your skin where the scars are located. It is definitely more inexpensive than a cosmetic procedure and does not have any known side effects. Besides removing acne scars, it also helps in making your skin smoother as it reduces dryness and any signs of irritation.

There you have it, these are just some of the most favourite acne scar treatments acquirable today. Just take your pick and remember to select according to your preferences and what you feel would work ideal for you.
